Olusheyi Ogunleye

Olusheyi (Sheyi) Ogunleye began his career with the Transportation Security Administration in April 2003 as a Security Manager at Oakland International Airport (OAK), California. In August 2005 he became Customer Support & Quality Improvement Manager, and in January 2008 he was detailed to the TSA Office of Security Operations in Arlington, Virginia as a Program Analyst.

In January 2009 he became Deputy Assistant Federal Security Director for Screening at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). In 2012 he moved to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston as Director for Screening Operations, a role he held for eight years.

He was selected as the TSA Representative to West Africa (TSAR-WA) in July 2020, and in March 2022 he became Assistant Vice President for Airport Security / Airport Security Coordinator at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

He is the CEO of Decision Gates, an aviation security and anti-terrorism consultancy based in the USA and Nigeria.
